Seats thrown at Porto's Moussa Marega after player suffers apparent racist abuse



Porto striker Moussa Marega walked off the pitch midway through his side’s 2-1 win over Vitoria de Guimarães after apparently being racially abused by fans. Vitoria fans threw seats from the stand after Marega celebrated his goal by pointing to his skin. Players from both teams attempted to convince him to stay on the pitch but were unsuccessful

  1. I don't understand the necessity for that sort of celebration !!!!

    Was he trying to mean like, "see my black skin and I scored against you" !!! Football doesn't in any way support racism…. Black or White….

    I never knew even goals have colour in football…

    Unnecessary…. Provocative…. Immature…. Player and spectators alike…..
