  1. Sure, his teammates should've walked off the pitch with him, but the bigger culprit is the referee. If spectators rip off a seat and throws on to the pitch, towards a player then you call off the fucking game. Period!

  2. I think his teammates were scared of penalty thats what they try to stop him but they fail and have no choice to remplace him, its so ufair that they show no support and refuse to walk off in Milan they cancelled it just after but in Velencia they had choice to continue because they threatened of be punish if they refused because they refused to suspend it.

  3. he didnt do himself any favours though lol why point to your skin to fuel the flame further? you know it will make it worse and it did just a fool with to much of a chip on his shoulder.

  4. Moussa Marega, great attitude! I wish everybody would react like you!
I hope these fans won't get into the stadium anymore. Guimaraes should fine them and ban them at the same time. Also the other fans around should feel ashamed for not doing anything. But your fellow teammates should question themselves if they shouldn't rather leave with you the pitch instead of trying to keep you in the game. Poor performance by your teammates. And the referee should question himself in first spot. He should never be allowed to whistle a game again.

  5. It should never have been alright to be racist.. but some of these cavemen can't help themselves.. they already took over some countries yet they still wanna stick the racist boot in

  6. The fact his teammates didn't walk off the pitch with him says it all really they are just as much to blame as the officials I would have walked straight off with him no one should have to deal with that level of abuse.

  7. These mazaf@ckaz UEFA&FIFA have no plan of stopping racism, they keep decorating with nice words eg.fair play,no racism armband(stupid)
We need Action ,sunction, closed doors 4couples of matches.
Unity Unity unity not only Victims.

  8. But benfica lost, and they needed the win to shorten distance soo…. and there were 5 or more black guys on the field, yet they only insulted marega, a former player oh theirs… people want to make a big deal of this but it was just insult for insulting, not real racist feelings

  9. These black players need to come together and refuse to play, then we will see some sort of action taken. People say it’s a few people, no it’s the undertone of the country. Until the makeup of certain countries change their attitude and it will take at least 3 generations things will just continue

  10. All the black players should walk off the field with him from both teams that would be much better shows how together we stand. But the fucked up thing the coach did is replace him with another black player wow. FINALLY where is Cristiano Ronaldo in this matter? He should say something 200 million people will view and even more but he stays silent.

  11. This incident was disgusting and hopefully the perpetrators are banned from attending games for life.

Also sad, is this is the first ever coverage of the Portuguese league (a fun league to watch, btw), I've ever seen on ESPN FC.

I suppose it'll be back to these 3 topics now:

    1. How long before Mourinho is sacked?
    2. Will Pep leave Man City next season?
    3. Is Neymar returning to Barcelona?

  12. The opposing team rather should have left the field in protest. That will stop these.

It was the best thing for the player to walked off for his own safety and not wait for any of these crazy fans who might have out numbered the police….
